Melissa has been a Real Estate Agent since 2007. Her career began at Coldwell Banker United and she hit the ground running making "Rookie of the Year". She left the corporate working world of Merrill Lynch and Vinson & Elkins Law Firm to begin her dream job. To this day she still says "it was the best decision I have ever made". She understands that the home is your biggest asset and loves helping her clients find their dream home. Melissa was born in Houston and raised in Bellaire Texas. She is very knowledgeable of the Houston market and surrounding areas. She decided to leave the big city and make her way to the Pearland/Friendswood area in the year 2000 to raise her family and she has not looked back. She is part of the RISE Mentoring Program which helps students rise above obstacles and succeed in school and life. She enjoys antiquing, decorating, art class, jewelry making and bible study. She is married to her husband Brian of 23 years and has a High School Junior and a Sophomore at Texas State University. I began my real estate career in new home sales. I enjoyed it so much I decided to get my license. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter (a recent A&M graduate, WHOOP!), or at the baseball field watching her two boys!

J.J. (Judy) McElreath is a native of Groves, Texas; but has lived in the Houston/Alvin area for most of her life. She was employed by Magcobar (M-I/SWACO), a major oilfield service company based in Houston, for over 35 years. Held numerous management positions within the Production/Purchasing & Logistics department; the last position with MI/Swaco was Manager of Production Planning. The major assets she brings to Real Estate are experience and expertise in purchasing, documentation, problem solving and negotiating. She served for fifteen years as an officer on the Board of Directors for Southern Star Credit Union (formerly Dresser Central Credit Union). Has been an active agent in the Texas Real Estate market for the past fifteen years. Served as treasurer of the Texas Good Sams' RV organization for seven years; and was on the security staff for the National RV Rally's for 4 years. Enjoys traveling and family get togethers. With the Good Lords help, she looks at each day as an opportunity to help someone.
