This is difficult to answer as there are so many Residential Service Contractors out there! Definitely consider meeting with a number of them. I will say it is important to have a good rapport with the representative, to know the different coverages (and costs) they offer and of course, to read the fine print to make sure you can share knowledgeably with your clients on what items and/or parts may or may not be covered. Also, ask associates that you know and trust who they work with. Be sure and share at least 3 or 4 companies with your clients when they are ready to choose. Builders are everywhere and all of them do not build in every subdivision. The determinant factor is the subdivision your clients are interested in; then you can review and go with a specific builder based on the features/amenities that meet your clients requirements.

Really you can\'t go wrong with any of the builders there. Some communities only invite certain builders to be there. That says a lot about a builder. I would go out to each model and see what \"feels like home\" to you. There are many out there who can deliver exactly what you want. Hope this helps.
