Rachel currently serves as the Director for the Gulf Coast Cinderella Scholarship Organization which is a youth development program for young girls and women. This experience, coupled with her B.A. in English has provided her with a diverse skill set that she uses daily in real estate from: negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and marketing the team's listings to name a few.
