My roots run deep in Houston, particularly in the northeast part of the city. Graduating from Kingwood High School, I got my degree and came back as a pharmaceutical rep, calling on doctors all over Houston. Wanting to plant my own roots, I settled down in the Atascocita area with my husband and began to raise my family.

Those roots ran deeper when I became the Lifestyle Director of Eagle Springs, a master planned community. For over 9 years, I've been planning and executing community events that range from the intimate wine tasting to the large, open-to-the-public concert events. In my spare time, I've also volunteered in my children's school, wearing various hats in PTO, and have lead a Girl Scout troop for 6 years.

Over time, I've watched the Lake Houston community grown in leaps and bounds, helped to train other Lifestyle Directors in other parts of the city, and I've been attuned to the real estate market as well. Having bought and sold homes while this area has expanded has been both exciting and nerve-wracking.

What does this mean for you? As your real estate professional, I have an intimate knowledge of Houston, particularly the Lake Houston area. My background in sales helps me negotiate the best for my clients, and my experience as an event planner has taught me how to expect the unexpected, think fast on my feet, and coordinate, coordinate, coordinate!

Samantha McGee was born in California but moved to Texas at an early age where she graduated from Katy High School. Her passion for Real Estate began early on where she loved to see homes being built and decided to turn that into a career. She began leasing apartments in 1998 and since then has educated herself in the Real Estate field and used this to become a Multi-Million Dollar producer and Fanning Realty's 2016 MVP. She also has received the following designations by completing all the required courses: Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), New-Home Construction Buyer Specialist (NHC), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).

She treats each client like a family member and works hard to keep them informed throughout the entire process. She loves to educate her clients and spread her own knowledge so each client can make informed decisions and avoid any surprises. Samantha is married to Doug and Mother to a "S.E.A" of daughters: Shelby, EmilyPaige, and Averie. In her free time she most enjoys being involved in her children's activities (swim, volleyball and an Aggie Mom) as well as making soap from scratch and a host of other handmade products, working in the yard and relaxing with family.
