After attending college David worked in the forestry industry and brings to the company his background in timberlands and efficient forest management. JC's childhood in a rural farming community has given him a practical approach to life and business that is unique. He has received the Certified Commercial Investment Member(CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, the Accredited Land Consultant(ALC) designation from the Realtors Land Institute, and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert(RENE) certification from the National Association of Realtors. He is one of approximately 200 real estate practitioners worldwide that hold both the CCIM and ALC designations.
