As a custom home builder and remodeler for 15 years, I learned how to build people's dream houses. In 2014, I decided to turn that knowledge into helping people find their dream home by becoming a realtor. That knowledge and experience helps my clients both feel confident in their purchase, or confident that they didn't buy the wrong house! I believe in loving on my past and current clients and showing them that they are more than just clients. It is a true honor to help people either realize the dream of homeownership or find their forever home, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. I have two wonderful children, Avery (16) and Drew (15), who keep us very busy. Avery is involved in the KCAL pre-med program, Student Council, Circle of Friends, and the youth group at The Hills Church.? Drew is a trumpet player for the Keller High School Band and played at the 2018 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade! On November 15, 2014, I married the love of my life, Jill. Jill and I enjoy our time together by binge-watching TV, taking weekend trips, spending time with our church group, and trying to keep up with two teenagers!

I was born and raised in the great state of Texas and attended Tarleton State University earning a bachelor's in Kinesiology. While taking elective courses I gained a deep appreciation for finance and marketing and ultimately decided to transition my career path to Real Estate. I've always had a passion for serving others and being involved within my community. Representing Central Texas homeowners and future homeowners, I'm committed to listening to my client's needs and utilizing my negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. Selling or purchasing a home doesn't have to be overwhelming. My promise to my clients is to bring my knowledge and skills to the table making the transition as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Kathy Dierker has lived and worked in Fort Worth for 40 years. She and her husband, Charlie, raised their four children here and are very active in the community. Kathy served as a nurse for 33 years and loved it, finishing her nursing career as School Nurse at R.L. Paschal High School. She became a Realtor in 2015 and has been a Top 10 Producer at Alexander Chandler Realty since transitioning to real estate. She has carried many qualities from nursing into her real estate career — investing in people, paying careful attention to detail, and employing excellent communication skills. Kathy is active in the Fort Worth Women's Club, Bible Study Fellowship, Academy 4, and the Mistletoe Heights Historic Committee. She also keeps her hand in Nursing by working in the First Aid Room at the annual Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, which is great fun and a valuable community endeavor. She and her husband lead the Ascend College Ministry at their church, St. Paul Lutheran, in downtown Fort Worth. They love spending time with their children and grandchildren. As an active member of the National Association of Realtors and the Fort Worth Association of Realtors, Kathy specializes in residential real estate, serving the entire DFW Metroplex and surrounding areas. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers, and takes pride in offering timely responses to all clients, finely tuned marketing plans, and strong negotiation skills. Her clients receive professionalism, integrity, and honesty in every transaction. A lifelong learner, Kathy regularly seeks out continuing-education opportunities to hone her skills and become more competitive in this fast-paced market. She has built relationships with an integrated network of affiliated real estate service providers such as mortgage lenders, inspectors, and appraisers.
