I approach real estate with the perspectives of family and business. As a wife and mother who has always worked outside of my home, I know what it takes to get tasks completed while handling a myriad of details. Hard work is not a stranger to me, and I pride myself on taking the extra step to get the task done properly, not just get it done..
My earlier professional background has gone from the medical field to business administration to real estate. I appreciate attention to all the details due to my work in the medical field and the needs of business from my work with property management and office administration.
Currently, I am a realtor with Coldwell Banker which I joined in 2020.
The best part of what I do is getting my client what they want and need in a timely manner. Getting to an agreement with the seller or buyer is particularly satisfying to meTHE DAVE TEAMWe are both realtors with Coldwell Banker which we joined this year. The upside of our partnership is that you get both of our minds working for you, not just one. As owners of our own event production company and the developers of our own office/residential condominium project, we are uniquely equipped to evaluate and negotiate your transaction with you. Having been through the permitting process in Austin, Texas, which is difficult by any standard and operating a large scale event production company, we are accustomed to bringing the puzzle pieces together to make a deal work to get to the contract and then to the closing. As Austin residents, we appreciate our city and have come to know it well.

Mike ventured into the hospitality industry after leaving the Navy in 96', swiftly climbing the ladder until he became the proud owner of his first franchise restaurant in 2003. His successful career in the restaurant business involved numerous transactions in which he played a key role as a Principal until 2010. During this time, Mike's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish and eventually sell his start-up concepts, solidifying his passion for real estate and honing a specific skill set that propelled him into the world of commercial brokerage. Combining his invaluable experience with a strong commitment to personal development, Mike excelled as a commercial real estate agent, thanks to his innate work ethic and interest in creating long-term relationships rather than just closing transactions. He diligently pursued further education, completed his degree, and is currently on track to obtain his CCIM designation. His comprehensive expertise encompasses various aspects of the industry, including development, sales, leasing, investments, consultation, etc. Beyond his notable contributions to the service of his country in the Navy, Mike had also dedicated himself to his local community. He served as a full-time Firefighter/Paramedic, a lead Fire Academy Instructor, as well as an EMS Instructor at the local HS, further lending his skills to ensure public safety. Additionally, he volunteers for Habitat for Humanity in Austin. Furthermore, Mike assumes the role of President of the Board of Directors for a Municipal Utility District and has served on various City and Economic Boards. He also takes on the responsibility of being an engaged husband of over 20yrs and father to two healthy, active sons. He served as a pt BSA Scout Leader for his son's Troop, as well as both of their sports booster clubs. Mike is also a member of Rotary and an inactive member of the Austin Scottish Rite as a 32 Master Mason.
