Since 2007, I have actively been selling real estate full time. In 2016, I closed 20 transactions - 4.5 Million in Sales. I have sold properties all over the area over the past several years, including Seguin, New Braunfels, San Antonio, Selma/Schertz, Floresville, La Vernia, Stockdale, Smiley, Nixon, San Marcos, Luling, Marion and Canyon Lake. To be a good agent, it really is about customer service and being available to your clients and prospective buyers. Most communication takes place via email, text and phone calls. A good experienced agent knows how to qualify prospective buyers, so they don't waste a seller's time. It is about knowing the right questions to ask, and having the negotiation skills to get your buyer/seller as much as possible, for such an important nest egg in their lives!

Jessi is a native Texan with an extensive back ground in Real Estate and Agriculture. Jessi has competed in Rodeo her whole life, which in return earned her many college scholarships. Jessi graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture. Her expertise lay largely in rural settings and horse properties because of her heritage and background. She is considered a well-rounded agent with knowledge over various types of properties. Along with her real estate experience she has 5 years of rural and residential appraiser experience. Being a former licensed real estate appraiser gives her additional knowledge over the market and its conditions.
