Having always been a country girl. I haved lived in the Austin County, Colorado County, Fayette County and Washington County area, for over 50 years. I am finally fulfilling a long desired bucket list item by becoming a Realtor,

I owned my business from 2001, until retiring in 2013. I have worked in banking, insurance and accounting prior to becoming my own boss. I became a Realtor in 2014, and a Broker with my own company, Remmert Real Estate, in 2019.

I have always worked in customer service and find helping customers rewarding by listening, understanding and finding solutions to their personal needs. I graduated Magna Cume Laude in Finance, but I continue to learn through Real Estate education, to stay up to date on the latest trends, rules and changes in contract forms, to be a better Realtor®.

Mary has honed her craft of taking special care of her valued clients since 2002. Aside from luxury residential properties, Mary specializes in farm and ranch, equestrian, and commercial land tracts in the southeast Texas counties of Washington, Waller, Ft. Bend, Austin, Fayette, Grimes, Montgomery, Harris, Colorado counties. Of greatest importance, is her focus on achieving the respective goals of property owners, investors, and end-users. She is sought out for her level of experience and business acumen.

Mary is a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, serving as an International Committee volunteer, National Cutting Horse Association, many horse and cattle breed associations, as well as numerous local and national real estate associations. She currently serves as President of Texas Coastal CattleWomen.

Mary is a native of northern Wisconsin, moving to the Houston area in 1982. Acquiring her Texas real estate license in 2002; broker's license in 2009; she is a lifelong learner on the subjects of real estate, business, and self. During her free time, Mary enjoys being with her Aggie-son and family; working her cutting horses, cattle, and border collies and getting her hands dirty in the family garden. Mary is married to broker-husband, Tom; they reside on their Washington County, Texas farm and escape to their Houston home just to get away from it all! "We truly are living a country lifestyle with a city view!"

Tiffany Shannon ushers clients to success with her boundless enthusiasm and passion for helping people. She grew up on a ranch and has resided in College Station for more than 15 years, meaning she's an ideal guide for all types of buyers and sellers, including investors and those seeking prime farm and ranch properties. Tiffany's interest in real estate started in high school when she served as a broker's assistant. She sharpened her business and building knowledge working in accounting for a construction company before entering the real estate profession full-time. Today, as a valuable member of the Southern District Properties Group, she's a hardworking and determined advocate for her clients, always willing to go the extra mile. Tiffany is proud to give back through Homes for Heroes, where she donates a portion of each commission to help first responders, military personnel, teachers, and healthcare workers achieve their dream of homeownership. She's also deeply devoted to supporting animal shelters and rescue organizations. Tiffany resides in the Pebble Creek neighborhood with her husband and young daughter. When she's not serving her clients, she can be found with her family at the lake or the family ranch in Bellville.
