Prior to Martha Jefferies’ real estate career, the Bay Area-native spent 16 years in one of the mainstays of the Houston economy: the chemical industry. Martha was an industry trainer and taught relationship building to employees across the United States. Kris attended high school in Leavenworth, KS before beginning his career in the Kansas City area, working in sales for a large phone and internet company. He attended a local community college, studying HTML coding and website design. After contributing to the growth of many companies, he decided to build his own business. After that, his journey led him to Houston where he has been ever since. Kris began working for a Boutique Brokerage in 2017 where worked his way up to Director of Operations. After helping that team grow to a top team in the area, he decided to take on a new challenge as Client Care Coordinator for a new team.
