Earning her real estate license in 2006, Kari had previously worked in the real estate industry for nearly a decade. Beginning in the title industry, while working for a real estate attorney in Virginia Beach where she grew up, she learned the techniques and strategies used by investors to acquire properties. After moving to Texas in 1998, it wasn't long before Kari began investing in real estate herself, purchasing both rentals and rehabilitation projects. Kari uses savvy negotiations and cutting-edge marketing strategies to join uncompromising integrity as the hallmark of her service. In 2019, Kari joined her husband Randy Barr in opening the new brokerage, Barr & Associates Real Estate, LLC. Their goal is simple: to foster the agent/client relationship. Jimmy Simien has been a Clear Lake resident for over 30 years. A 1988 graduate of Clear Lake High School and a 1994 graduate of the University of Houston-Clear Lake, Jimmy started his professional career in banking and corporate finance prior to his transition to real estate in 2002.
