Nikole is a graduate of the University of Houston Clear Lake. She has a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law and an Associates Degree in Broadcast Communications with an emphasis in on-air presentation. Nikole has 18 years of sales experience and grew up in a 3 generation Real Estate development family. She is a member of Delta Delta Delta, National Debutante Society, American Cancer Society, Humane Society, A child is Missing and various other charitable organizations. She has been a licensed realtor for the past 5 years focusing on Investment portfolios and new construction. She has strong ties to the Clear Lake Community and Houston. Drawn by the lure of the sea, Marks and his family relocated to Galveston in mid-2015 and now call the beautiful Texas gulf coast home. As a resident and professional in this coastal region, he is intimately familiar with the unique issues related to coastal living, specifically coastal insurance issues (flood, wind), differing building codes and construction requirements. Marks brings a wealth of experience in home renovation, commercial construction, and historic restoration, valuable knowledge given the amount of older homes and historic buildings on the island.

When Marks is not immersed in the world of real estate, he enjoys playing golf on the island's golf courses, nurturing vibrant tropical plants and relishing the freshest local seafood. Simple pleasures include exploring the island on his golf cart, sunset gatherings with friends and quiet time on his porch enjoying the breeze off the water.
