Hi, I am Michael Fernandez. As a lifelong resident of Galveston County, I have a great deal of knowledge of Galveston County and the surrounding counties including Brazoria and Harris counties. Sylvia was born in Germany and graduated from Moravian College with a degree in business management and computer science. She moved to the United States and settled in New York. Sylvia also lived abroad, in England, South America, and Singapore, for 10 years before coming to Houston in 1999. Sylvia is a supporter of the Assistance League of Houston, the American Diabetes Association, and the Autism Society of America. When not working, she enjoys theater and traveling. Sylvia is married and the mother of three grown children

Jodi L Vinson was born in Harris County and has lived in Liberty, Brazoria, Hardin, and Jefferson County. This has given her an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. She became a licensed Real Estate agent in 2019. Forming relationships in my community is one of the most important aspects of my real estate career. Jodi enjoys working around the coastal area. Jodi has not always been in real estate. She spent eight years as a Juvenile Probation/TYC Parole Officers before joining a Property Management Company in 2012 as a Supervisor. In 2022, she was promoted to the position of Vice President of Commercial Acquisitions for the company.
