Prior to being a licensed real estate agent and broker, Tammi attended Louisiana State University and Southern Methodist University for her undergraduate degree. Prior to Martha Jefferies’ real estate career, the Bay Area-native spent 16 years in one of the mainstays of the Houston economy: the chemical industry. Martha was an industry trainer and taught relationship building to employees across the United States. Her curriculum included developing superior communication skills, conflict resolution tools, and behavior-based safety techniques.
