Jodi L Vinson was born in Harris County and has lived in Liberty, Brazoria, Hardin, and Jefferson County. This has given her an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. She became a licensed Real Estate agent in 2019. Forming relationships in my community is one of the most important aspects of my real estate career. Jodi enjoys working around the coastal area. What excites Jodi about Galveston, Brazoria, and Harris County is that it really provides a large area for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.



Jodi has not always been in real estate. She spent eight years as a Juvenile Probation/TYC Parole Officers before joining a Property Management Company in 2012 as a Supervisor. In 2022, she was promoted to the position of Vice President of Commercial Acquisitions for the company.



As Vice President of Commercial Acquisitions, Jodi knows what to expect in properties from owners and management companies. Jodi takes her knowledge of the Real Estate industry to find her clients the perfect home or business location. Jodi is married to her husband Keith, who shares her love for Real Estate, helping others, and traveling. Together they travel to new areas to admire different homes and communities.

Beau is a Clear Lake native and attended Clear Lake High School. He has spent over 15 years building and fostering relationships in the area. After high school, Beau knew he had a passion for serving his community. After spending 6 years working his way up in the restaurant industry, he decided to expand his horizons and take his passion for serving his community to the next level. He obtained his real estate license and has been successfully helping the fellow members of his community with all of their real estate goals for the last four years. Kris attended high school in Leavenworth, KS before beginning his career in the Kansas City area, working in sales for a large phone and internet company. He attended a local community college, studying HTML coding and website design. After contributing to the growth of many companies, he decided to build his own business. After that, his journey led him to Houston where he has been ever since. Kris began working for a Boutique Brokerage in 2017 where worked his way up to Director of Operations. John Braun, CCIM, CPM, TRLP, GRI, TRLS started his real estate career in 2003 as a property manager and Landlord leasing agent for a portfolio of office-warehouse, office and retail space totaling about 500,000 sqft, after he got out of the Marine Corps. In 2004 John expanded into sales, tenant and landlord representation for 3rd party clients. Since 2003, John has lease transactions from 1,000 sqft valued at $6,800 to 250,000 sqft lease valued at over $12,300,000, and every level in between. John earned his CCIM in 2005 and his CPM in 2006. John was elected to serve on the board of Directors for The Houston Association of Realtors as one of only two commercial chairs. John was re-elected to his second and now third terms. John has sat on manly different committees at HAR and TAR and currently is the Chair of the Bay Area PALS and Management Central for HAR and on the commercial committee and professional standards at TAR. John also has served as a Director for the Texas Association of Realtors. He is also a Texas Association of Realtors course instructor approved to teach classes for the Texas Association of Realtors, including GRI as well as Leasing and Property Management.
