Travis Manning takes his role as a realtor very seriously. Real estate is a family affair for Travis as his wife and mother in-law are both associated with Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty. Prior to real estate, Travis was in medical device sales where he learned valuable lessons about working with many different types of clients.

He developed the desire to be assured that in each transaction his client's needs and desires were not only met but exceeded. He is always willing to go the extra mile, working 24-7 to ensure his customers have the most enjoyable, stress-free buying or selling experience possible. He is hands-on in helping sellers prepare their houses for the market and is totally engaged in assisting his buyers find the home that is perfect for their needs. A keen eye for detail, Travis is persistent in his determination to provide a seamless transaction from contract to closing. Travis states," anything my clients need, I will be there for them."

Having a soft spot for animals, Travis volunteers at local animal shelters. He also volunteers with the Ronald McDonald House where he is grateful for the opportunity to help ease the burden for the children and families.

She is a dedicated, full-time agent in the Bay Area specializing in Friendswood, Clear Lake, and League City. Her passion for people, competitive spirit, and outgoing personality have served her well in the industry she loves so much. Meredith Levine earned her B.A. in French at Yale University and her J.D. at the University of Texas at Austin, and was the founder and broker-owner of Friendswood-based real estate brokerage Levine & Co., which joined Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty in August 2020. As a real estate broker, Meredith has spent years working with individuals and families as well as attorneys, guardians, institutional trust departments, executors and administrators in the listing and purchase of real estate. She approaches each transaction with a client-centric focus which, when combined with her extensive experience, makes every real estate transaction as seamless as possible.

Meredith's leadership background means she is practiced at advocating for her clients' best interests in the ever-changing world of real estate. She prides herself on serving as a trusted advisor, answering all questions honestly and clearly, as well as engaging in deep discussions around client needs to solve their unique issues.

Meredith's expertise in the greater Houston real estate market was built on the wide knowledge base she gained during her career as a commercial litigator with a nationally recognized law firm she draws on this experience to provide responsiveness and diligence during every transaction. An acknowledged expert, her collaborative negotiation style and respectful, authentic interactions between real estate professionals consistently bring forth the best results for all parties.

In addition to over a decade of experience as a Texas Realtor, Meredith holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations. An active volunteer, she served for six years on the Board of Directors of the Houston Volunteer Lawyers (the pro bono arm of the Houston Bar Association). She has also been a member of the Board of Trustees at Ascension Episcopal School in Briargrove Park and was a community representative on the Principal's Shared Decision-Making Committee at Harvard Elementary School in the Heights.

Currently, Meredith serves as a City-appointed Director of the West Ranch Management District, as the Vice President/President Nominee of the Friendswood Rotary Club, and as a Den Leader with Cub Scout Pack 1965 of the Sam Houston Council. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy cheering on their three children at football games, musical theater productions, and ballet performances.

Marks Chowning joins Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty this year pairing his extensive knowledge of the Galveston market with their world class real estate brokerage.


Drawn by the lure of the sea, Marks and his family relocated to Galveston in mid-2015 and now call the beautiful Texas gulf coast home. As a resident and professional in this coastal region, he is intimately familiar with the unique issues related to coastal living, specifically coastal insurance issues (flood, wind), differing building codes and construction requirements. Marks brings a wealth of experience in home renovation, commercial construction, and historic restoration, valuable knowledge given the amount of older homes and historic buildings on the island.


Clients praise Marks for his positive approach, decisive yet creative disposition, exceptional negotiating skills, and unwavering commitment throughout the entire transaction. Marks started his career managing a variety of large public assembly, multi-use and commercial properties in markets across the United States. After 25 years of operating commercial properties, 2012 found him jumping into the world of residential real estate, launching his practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. As you can imagine, real estate, like everything else in Las Vegas, was dynamic and always moving, and he quickly became a top producer within his brokerage.


When Marks is not immersed in the world of real estate, he enjoys playing golf on the island's golf courses, nurturing vibrant tropical plants and relishing the freshest local seafood. Simple pleasures include exploring the island on his golf cart, sunset gatherings with friends and quiet time on his porch enjoying the breeze off the water.

Jimmy Simien has been a Clear Lake resident for over 30 years. A 1988 graduate of Clear Lake High School and a 1994 graduate of the University of Houston-Clear Lake, Jimmy started his professional career in banking and corporate finance prior to his transition to real estate in 2002. In 2009 Jimmy branched out on his own and Simien Properties was born. Since that time, Jimmy has molded a boutique organization of skilled professionals equipped to handle the ever changing Houston real estate market. He really feels having a "collaborative" atmosphere has helped with their success. In 2016 Jimmy started The Simien Team, within Simien Properties. In three short years the team was recognized twice by the Houston Business Journal as one of the top residential teams in the Houston area by volume and transactions - Growing from $30 million to $50 million in one year. Nikole is a graduate of the University of Houston Clear Lake. She has a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law and an Associates Degree in Broadcast Communications with an emphasis in on-air presentation. Nikole has 18 years of sales experience and grew up in a 3 generation Real Estate development family.
