I am a part of The LeMelle Team. My husband and I moved here from Southern California in 2009. I previously worked for Los Angeles County Treasurer Tax Collector, Systems Division. We work with veterans (this included the coast guards), active military, first time home buyers, buyers, sellers, relocates, students, leasing of homes and we are apartment locators as well.

Some of the areas worked include Alvin, Clear Lake, Fresno, Friendswood, Houston, Missouri City, Pearland, Richmond, Sugar Land. Some of the areas/subdivisons are:Sienna Plantation, Rodeo Palms, Sedona Lakes, Pomona, Sterling Lakes, Meridiana (driving proximity to the Medical Center), the Galleria, Cane Island. After spending most of my career serving seniors in the home health and senior living industries, I first began my real estate career as an investor. In 2017, my husband and I relocated back to North Carolina from Texas with the intent to add to our single investment portfolio. After acquiring a couple of properties in the Raleigh-Durham market, I decided that it would be beneficial to become licensed so that we could manage our personal transactions. I received my real estate license in 2018 and began working as an agent with Keller Williams. Although it was always my goal to exclusively manage personal investment transactions, I was encouraged by family and friends to assist in helping them achieve their dreams of homeownership. I began working with buyers and sellers and was named a top rookie associate in 2019. In 2021 my husband landed a new opportunity that led us back to the great state of Texas. Unable to receive reciprocity and not wanting to immediately complete the pre-licensure requirements to become licensed in Texas, I continued with my first love, working with seniors. As a Sales Counselor and Sales Director, I've had the pleasure of assisting seniors transition from their homes into active adult, independent, assisted, and memory care communities in the greater Houston area. In 2023 I completed the pre-licensure requirements and recently received my Texas real estate license. It is now my goal to leverage the experience I've gained both as an agent and an investor to support my passion for seniors by helping them maximize the sale of their homes and financially position them for retirement living.

Harriet Lane is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, but has lived in Pearland, Texas the last ten years. She is the mother of three handsome sons, one beautiful daughter, and grandmother of two precious grandsons. Harriet received her Bachelor's in Science from Indiana University and Purdue University and her Master's of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan. Harriet worked in Corporate America in the Aerospace/Oil and Gas Industry for over 17 years before starting her own business and becoming an Entrepreneur. Harriet is also a published author of Christian and Non-fiction genres. She has always had a passion for helping others and servicing her community. This is why it was only natural for Harriet to seek a career in Real Estate.

Real Estate is something that Harriet has always been actively engaged in, even before becoming a Licensed Realtor. Although Harriet was on the consumer side when she purchased her own homes in the past and relocated to Pearland. It was Harriet who factored in the needs of her family and was dedicated and committed to the process until their goal was realized. This is the same mindset and strategy that she implements when assisting her clients, as she was once a home buyer, seller, and transplant, and can relate to the process and emotions that a client experience.

She is also a volunteer for Houston Independent School District ROSES (Resilient Sisters Exemplifying Success), Pearland Independent School District, Girls Scouts of San Jacinto County, Silverlake Community Church, and American Red Cross Gulf coast.

In Harriet's free time she enjoys attending church, spending time with her family, cheering her daughter on at her volleyball tournaments, writing/blogging, traveling, and servicing her community.
