Valerie's love of real estate began in 2003 as a real estate investor. As an investor, she has participated as either the Buyer or Seller in 25+ transactions all over the greater Houston metroplex giving her first-hand experience of the intricacies of a real estate transaction and the importance of having a knowledgeable and results-driven Realtor on your team!

After spending 15 years as a Human Resources executive, Valerie's love of real estate and of serving people intersected - leading her to a full-time career as a Realtor. Valerie leverages her excellent interpersonal skills to build authentic and ongoing relationships with clients. She is adept at understanding clients' needs and partnering with them to achieve their real estate goals whether it is buying, selling, or investing.

A native Texan, Valerie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University. When she's not with clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and can often be found on the sidelines cheering on her three children in their various school and sports activities. She is also an active volunteer in the PTO as well as National Charity League.

I grew up in a small town outside of Houston called Hempstead, TX. Growing up in a small town, I have a strong sense of community and service to my family and peers. That core value has stood with me throughout my life. As a veteran of the U.S Navy, I developed a core belief of discipline and commitment. I then earned my degree in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University and spent several years working as a Data Analyst. I chose to pivot careers to real estate, because I became fascinated with the rapidly growing real estate market in the Houston area. I want to help people with this transition in life. As your agent, I am committed to providing the highest level of customer service for my clients. I will maintain the highest level of honesty and integrity during the buying and selling process to meet your needs. I am a husband, father with close ties to my community. I share this world with two beautiful daughters and my horse Hennessy, those are my people/mammal. In my free time, I love to study the market, read books, volunteer, cook, activities with the girls, praise Jesus for loving us, and on a stressful day share watermelon with Hennessy and vent.
