I graduated from the A&M system Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelor in Organizational Leadership while working as a 911 Paramedic for the City of League City. I worked as a MICU Paramedic for League City for almost ten years and a SWAT Medic for League City, Alvin, and Pearland for five. I opened Lucid Realty to provide people in our area a chance to work with a company that provides a more intimate experience with detailed local information.

Originally from the Midwest, Kara moved to Texas in 2015 when her husband's military career uprooted them from cornfields and cows and brought them to beaches and boats. Kara has been a Science Educator for 10 years, which has provided her with valuable skills that translate to real estate through the coaching and educating of home buyers and sellers. Coupled with her enthusiastic, can-do attitude Kara will work hard to make your real estate goals a reality. When she isn't educating students or clients she can be found at spin class, watching Marvel movies, or spending time with her husband and three rescue pups.

Steve Hoeke is a Galveston county native of over 25 years, & was raised on Galveston island. After graduating high school, he started working at Galveston county's sheriff's department, where he was employed for 3 years. Shortly after, he joined the United States Marine Corps in 2009. He has served in Operation Enduring Freedom 2011, where he received multiple high achievement awards in the superior performance of his duties, such as the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal, & a Combat Action Ribbon, just to name a couple. Later, Steve graduated with an associate's degree in Real Estate from San Jacinto college. At the same time, he founded, & operates a successful credit repair business, Optimum Credit Solutions. Steve is a residential & commercial real estate agent, who understand the area, & prides himself in successfully assisting clients with their credit, & real estate needs!

I've been a League City/Clear Lake resident for nearly 40 years. I'm a proud father of three daughters. I graduated from Clear Lake High School, attended Texas A&M University and was an active member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. I went on to attend the University of Houston where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in business.

In 2002 I began consulting area developers in land planning, development, and community needs. This led to an interest in home construction and going to work for a Dallas based semi-custom home builder who wanted to grow their business in Houston and the surrounding suburbs. As a result of the housing downturn and Hurricane Ike in 2008, I left new home construction and began rebuilding damaged homes from Houston to Galveston. In 2011 I decided to become a licensed Realtor®. Since getting my license I've been featured in Texan Monthly magazine, the Houston Chronicle, and the Bay Area Magazine for my real estate expertise. I became a Real Estate Broker in 2015. Over the years I've received many professional awards in Real Estate and recognized state-wide for accomplishments in selling homes, land, and businesses. In addition to my real estate career, I'm an active member of the community. Served for 9 years on the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, 6 years on the Clear Creek Education Foundation BOD and Chairman of the Board, and in 2021 was elected to serve on the Clear Creek ISD Board of Trustees, which I'm current the Vice-President of the Board.
