Lucy Ware is an award-winning real estate agent, who is fluent in both Spanish and English. She is known for her amazing customer service and incredible expertise within the industry and the area. Lucy was born and raised in Southern Brazoria County and is proud to have raised her family in the area, as it is still the place that she calls home. Lucy is a devoted Christian, loving wife to her husband, Aaron Ware, and proud mother of three sons and one daughter. Lucy got her start in the real estate industry in 1998 and gained experience, both as an agent, and as a broker in her career. Lucy has deep knowledge of the real estate market throughout both Southern and Northern Brazoria County; as well as the Greater Houston Area. Lucy has specialized in single family, residential dwellings throughout her career, and has recently expanded her expertise into commercial real estate sales as well. Jessica is a native of Southern Brazoria County. She is active in the community, keeping up with two children who are involved in sports and school activities. Jessica and her family love to camp and travel. She also spends time antique shopping and crafting. She started her professional career as a degreed paralegal, before pursuing her real passion of real estate. She has flipped houses and built houses, as well as listing and selling homes as a Realtor®. Cherise Melancon is a proud Lake Jackson, Texas native, whose journey has been deeply rooted in her hometown. Born and raised in this charming Texan community, Cherise's path was set from the beginning. After graduating from Brazoswood High School, she pursued higher education while simultaneously nurturing her passion for soccer. Returning to her beloved Lake Jackson, Cherise embarked on a career in hair styling, showcasing her creative flair and her ability to connect with people through her craft. However, her life took a beautiful turn when she welcomed her first daughter into the world. Now a dedicated mother of three daughters, Cherise finds her greatest joy in being actively involved in her children's lives, always nurturing their dreams and passions with unwavering support. In February 2021, Cherise transitioned into the world of real estate, marking a significant new chapter in her life. She discovered a profound passion for building relationships within the real estate industry, guiding clients through crucial life decisions and milestones. Monica Darr was born and raised on a farm in Missouri and moved to Angleton, Texas in 1978. Since being a resident of Brazoria County for over 40 years has given Monica the opportunity to build a strong sphere of friendships and relationships with businesses. She became a licensed agent in 1999.

Monica has been a consistent top producer within the Real Estate office of which she is associated ever since becoming a REALTOR. She belongs to the Angleton Chamber of Commerce, is a member of Houston Association of REALTORS, Brazoria County Board of REALTORS, plus is a lifetime member of Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. Monica currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Brazoria County Board of REALTORS and on the Board of Directors for Texas REALTORS. Previously, Monica has served on the executive board for Brazoria County including serving as President and on the state nominating committee for Texas REALTORS and as a Director for Texas Realtors.

Monica's specialty is in single family residential sales working with buyers in all price points. She, also, has experience in land sales and some commercial. Monica makes it a point to continue educating herself in all facets of real estate and always to stay in touch and call you back promptly.

Monica is married with 3 children, who are, also, married. She has 3 beautiful grandsons, a gorgeous granddaughter, 1 cat and 1 crazy black lab named Bo. She loves spending time with her family but, also, loves to travel and go out to a great restaurant for a wonderful dinner.
