Wayne Rutledge is currently holds a Real Estate Broker License in the State of Texas and the owner of RUTLEDGE REAL ESTATE LLC, which is also known as RUTLEDGE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE. His firm specializes in various aspects of real estate, including commercial and residential real estate opportunities in sales, industrial, office, and retail transactions. This includes property acquisitions, exchanges, purchases, and leasing transactions. Wayne's professional journey began years ago in the retail auto finance industry, where he worked for companies like GMAC, Bank One, and CitiBank. However, he transitioned into the real estate field and obtained his Texas Real Estate Sales License in 2007. He gained valuable experience in commercial real estate by working with his father at Ed Rutledge Associates for five years, during which time he obtained his Texas Real Estate Broker License. In 2012, Wayne and his wife Laurie organized RUTLEDGE REAL ESTATE LLC, which operates as RUTLEDGE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE. In addition to his real estate career, Wayne has been actively involved in various community and professional organizations. He has served on the Eastpoint Property Owners Association Board of Directors in Baytown, the Klein Oak Strutters Booster Club, and the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Currently, he is a member of the Bay Area Commercial Real Estate Network (BACREN) Board of Directors and the Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership (BAHEP) Board of Directors. Outside of his professional and community involvement, Wayne enjoys various hobbies, including traveling, landscaping, and golf. Notably, he has earned Legacy status in CHEVRON HOUSTON MARATHON completing 35 marathons. He now has participated in the ARAMCO HALF MARATHON for eight years running.
