Wendell specializes in the sale of resort beach and bay properties on Galveston Island's West End. Wendell also has extensive knowledge in the beachfront condominium market. After a successful sales career in the technology industry, he relocated to Galveston in 2004 and made the professional change to real estate sales. Wendell's success is grounded in his ability to carefully listen to his clients and exceed their expectations. His ultimate goal is to make sure all transactions are handled efficiently and professionally. Alison Christensen grew up in Houston and earned her B.A. degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University. A family vacation home in Galveston in the 90's turned into a permanent residence in 2003. Alison has an extensive knowledge of Galveston's coastal market: the West End, from beach to bay; the myriad neighborhoods - new and old - tucked throughout the island; and the windstorm and flood insurance requirements important to all property owners. "I was raised in Houston, and now Galveston is my home. I've had the best of both worlds. This combination helps me better understand and assist buyers and sellers in our market." Active in the community, she attends St. Mary's Catholic Church; volunteers with the Bryan Museum; serves as a docent with the Galveston Historic Homes Tour each May; serves on the Board of the Friends of Rosenberg Library. In 2018, Alison was elected to the Board of the Galveston Association of Realtors, and was also the featured realtor in an episode of "Beach Front Bargain Hunt" on HGTV. When she is not working with clients, Alison enjoys estate sales and vintage shops, trips to New Orleans, and entertaining her friends and family at her father's farm near Brenham. As a 5th Generation Galvestonian - B.O.I. (Born on the Island) Stacey Weber-Rubio knows and loves her home! She has deep Island roots and most of her family and friends live on Galveston Island. Stacey has been around the Island housing market her whole life, growing up around the business since her parents managed several properties of their own. She has developed a reliable eye for what works in buying and selling through multiple personal transactions as well. Stacey is a professional, top-producing, sales agent with Sand 'N Sea and was awarded and recognized as 2022's Top Producing Sales Agent for the highest volume of real estate sales. In 2023 Stacey closed out the year counted among the top 10 Realtors in Galveston for the fourth year in a row. Stacey's clients often express appreciation for her knowledge, service, and attention to detail. Stacey and her husband are members of the Galveston Historical Foundation, the Galveston Railroad Museum, and the Elks. Stacey enjoys volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House of Galveston, Elks community events, and philanthropy through Catholic Charities of Galveston-Houston. She and her husband Jesse love to cook, travel, spend time with family and friends, and play with their miniature schnauzer.
