About Me:

Originally from Michigan, I lived in San Diego for ten years after graduating college until my wife and I moved to Texas to be closer to her family. Prior to real estate, I earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. As a real estate broker, my mission is to introduce buyers to a community where they feel a connection, and help sellers with the sale of their home so that they can experience a smooth transition into the home that best accommodates their current needs and situation.

Stemming from my desire to interact with people in a challenging career, business endeavors range from the telecommunications industry where I held positions in management, to working with my family's beach rental business.

After recognizing the potential in the vacation home business, I earned my real estate license in order to take a more active role in the family business, as well as expand my own business into residential sales.

Determined, hardworking, knowledgeable, and adaptable are a few of the characteristics that attribute to my success. However, my incomparable strength is attention to detail, which is an instrumental component in every phase of the real estate transaction. Furthermore, I emphasize the importance of communication, which is paramount to delivering exemplary customer service. I listen to clients' needs and wants, educate them throughout the process, and keep them informed every step of the way, even if there are no updates available.

As a 5th Generation Galvestonian - B.O.I. (Born on the Island) Stacey Weber-Rubio knows and loves her home! She has deep Island roots and most of her family and friends live on Galveston Island. Stacey has been around the Island housing market her whole life, growing up around the business since her parents managed several properties of their own. She has developed a reliable eye for what works in buying and selling through multiple personal transactions as well. Stacey is a professional, top-producing, sales agent with Sand 'N Sea and was awarded and recognized as 2022's Top Producing Sales Agent for the highest volume of real estate sales. In 2023 Stacey closed out the year counted among the top 10 Realtors in Galveston for the fourth year in a row. In addition to the several certifications and designations Stacey has earned, Stacey has earned the prestigious designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) from the Residential Real Estate Council. Held by only 2% of Realtors®, this designation speaks to experience, amassed sales volume, education, training, and excellence in real estate. Stacey is very close to her large family, and they enjoy spending as much time together as possible. Stacey's husband of nearly 32 years, Jesse, recently retired from the City of Texas City as their Assistant Fire Chief. A licensed REALTOR® himself, Jesse can often be found around town assisting Stacey at open houses, showings, and transactions.

Stacey and her husband are members of the Galveston Historical Foundation, the Galveston Railroad Museum, and the Elks. Stacey enjoys volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House of Galveston, Elks community events, and philanthropy through Catholic Charities of Galveston-Houston. She and her husband Jesse love to cook, travel, spend time with family and friends, and play with their miniature schnauzer. Stacey's professional associations include the Houston Association of REALTORS®, Galveston Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS® and Stacey is a member of the Institute for Certified Luxury Home Marketing and of The Guild of Certified Luxury Home Marketers. Curtis has been a sales manager for the past 30 years throughout the home industry. His path has lead him to work with families along the years, including grandparents, parents, and the upcoming generations as well. Growing up in Houston, and living full in Galveston, I have vast knowledge of the Houston Metro and surrounding areas. I first moved to the Heights in 1988 and have lived in the area ever since.

Kimberly Gaido was born and raised in Galveston and has a sincere passion for life on the Island. She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where she held membership as a Pi Beta Phi and a scholarship to the tennis team for 4 years. Kimberly spent 20 years in the hospitality business perfecting her customer service skills. She also obtained a culinary arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America in New York where she learned how to entertain friends and family with culinary delights. For the past 15 years Kimberly has been involved in outside sales within the medical field. Her years in sales coupled with customer service have taught her that strong values, integrity and passion are the cornerstones to building trust and finding a customer the right home to fit their needs.
