As a 5th Generation Galvestonian - B.O.I. (Born on the Island) Stacey Weber-Rubio knows and loves her home! She has deep Island roots and most of her family and friends live on Galveston Island. Stacey has been around the Island housing market her whole life, growing up around the business since her parents managed several properties of their own. She has developed a reliable eye for what works in buying and selling through multiple personal transactions as well. Stacey is a professional, top-producing, sales agent with Sand 'N Sea and was awarded and recognized as 2022's Top Producing Sales Agent for the highest volume of real estate sales. In 2023 Stacey closed out the year counted among the top 10 Realtors in Galveston for the fourth year in a row. Stacey's clients often express appreciation for her knowledge, service, and attention to detail. Stacey and her husband are members of the Galveston Historical Foundation, the Galveston Railroad Museum, and the Elks. Stacey enjoys volunteering with the Ronald McDonald House of Galveston, Elks community events, and philanthropy through Catholic Charities of Galveston-Houston. She and her husband Jesse love to cook, travel, spend time with family and friends, and play with their miniature schnauzer. Cynthia launched her real estate career in 2018 and understands first-hand the advantages of simplified living and staying connected to her community. My husband and I moved to Galveston Island wanting a lot less in life; less stress, less traffic, less pollution, less stuff. We decided island living was for us, so we donated everything to charity and headed for Island life. Today I am passionate about helping my clients reach their personal real estate goals. Together with her broker she also opened a home called Judy's House. Judy's House is named after Cynthia's late mother.

Kimberly Gaido was born and raised in Galveston and has a sincere passion for life on the Island. She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where she held membership as a Pi Beta Phi and a scholarship to the tennis team for 4 years. Kimberly spent 20 years in the hospitality business perfecting her customer service skills. She also obtained a culinary arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America in New York where she learned how to entertain friends and family with culinary delights. For the past 15 years Kimberly has been involved in outside sales within the medical field. Her years in sales coupled with customer service have taught her that strong values, integrity and passion are the cornerstones to building trust and finding a customer the right home to fit their needs. Growing up around the water Kimberly has a particular love for fishing and hunting. Her children are her six English pointers and Labradors that keep her company in the duck blind and roaming the south Texas senderos. In the summer, if not in the office, you will find her playing golf at the Galveston Country Club or fishing the Galveston Bays.

I am fourth generation BOI (born on the Island) and am very proud of the Island and it's beauty! I had been in healthcare for over thirty years and decided one day that the Real Estate world was right for me!
