I specialize in the sale of homes in Galveston's unique neighborhoods, resort, beach and bay properties on Galveston Island, West End and East End. After a successful sales career in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, I relocated to Jamaica Beach in 2012 and made the professional change to real estate sales. I am highly motivated in the Real Estate market in Galveston County. I have bought and sold several homes, as well as managed my own vacation rental in Galveston since 2009. I moved to Houston in 1991, from Ohio, and spent 25 years in the Oil and Gas Industry working in Project Management and Finance. I retired and moved to Galveston in 2016. Leveraging my experience as a successful business owner and as a team player working with Fortune 500 companies, I am known for outstanding client service with 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, and a skilled negotiator with my client's best interest at heart. I am a firm believer in giving back and am passionate about several things, including animal rescue. I am a volunteer at the Galveston Humane Society and foster kittens and puppies for adoption, as well as being actively involved in the TNR program. I, also donate to Wounded Warriors and Shriner's Children's Hospital in Galveston. In my free time, I enjoy running, kayaking, walking the beach and social events, as a member of several committees on the Island.

Gay Fundling is a name that has been known around Jamaica Beach and Galveston for many years. Gay has lived on the West End of Galveston since the early 1960's. She married her high school sweetheart, Jim (BOI) in 1973 and raised their 2 sons here. In 1984, Gay started her real estate career with West Galveston Realty and in 2007, she started her own company, Galveston Island Real Estate on the West End of the island. Gay's expertise lies not only in complete knowledge of the real estate business but in her friendly and positive approach to life. Pamela Gabriel is a native Texan with a strong business and public relations background. She ranks among the top producers in Galveston and continues to be a multi-million dollar producer with award winning honors. She graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting.

Pamela has listed and sold properties throughout Galveston Island. Though she has been successful in all areas, she often focuses on resort homes located on the beach or bay on West Galveston Island. She also sells and lists homes in Galveston’s historic district as well as investment/rental properties, condominiums, and commercial properties.
