Prior to becoming a Real Estate agent, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance from The University of Houston Clear Lake. After college he worked on large Subsea Oil & Gas operations as an Engineering Planner, organizing and executing multi-million-dollar projects with tight timelines. I was born and raised on Galveston Island, so I know the Island well. Previously I worked in banking. I worked my way from teller to Southwest Regional Trainer. After getting married, I switched careers and went into the Insurance field. I worked here for over 25 years and still maintain this license. I am experienced in both residential and commercial insurance, which makes me an asset when shopping for a home. I'm married and have a daughter that recently graduated from Texas A&M University. Once my daughter began college, I decided to go back to school and get my Real Estate License. It has been a very rewarding decision. I continue to educate myself and recently received my Certified Negotiation Expert designation. I absolutely love helping dreams come true.I believe in giving back to the community, I do this by my volunteer activities with the Galveston Noon Optimist Club and the Galveston Elks Lodge.I have served on the board of my neighborhood HOA board and was instrumental in overseeing the remodeling of our neighborhood park. I have lived all of my life in Galveston County, and on Galveston Island for over 25 years, and love the unique lifestyle that Galveston has to offer from breathtaking sunsets on Galveston's West End to stunning architecture, theater, and shopping in Galveston's Downtown Strand and historic districts. I have 3 children who have all attended Galveston public schools, two who are recent Texas A&M graduates, and one who attends Texas A & M Corpus Christi. My family and I enjoy kayaking, fishing, boating, biking and all of the many outdoor activities available on the Island. Kevin graduated from the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business, Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship with a degree in Entrepreneurship and minor in Marketing.

I was born in Germany and have lived all over the world, being the daughter of an Air Force Officer. I chose to make Galveston my home. I lived in Sea Isle briefly in 1996, then moved to Atlanta, Georgia for the next 13 years. In 2009, I received my bachelor's degree in Film/Video with a minor in English at Georgia State University. I worked as a paralegal/legal assistant for the duration in Atlanta. I returned to Galveston Island, specifically Jamaica Beach, in January 2010. After bartending for nearly 10 years, I decided to finish/update my real estate classes, which I completed in 1996 in Texas. At the time, I didn't sit for the exam to obtain my license as I moved to Georgia. I am enjoying my 5th year as a Realtor at Galveston Island Real Estate. I am currently taking classes to become a broker. I hope to finish by the end of 2023. Besides working as a Realtor, I am in the process of writing a screenplay. I enjoy playing piano, guitar & drums in my 'free' time. I am involved in the community through the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and the Galveston Citizens Police Alumni Association (GCPAA), as Sergeant at Arms.
