In 2020 he received an "Acts of Kindness Award" from the Texas Association of Realtors in recognition for his support of the Galveston community. In 2019 he received a Service Award from Galveston Island Nature Tourism for Outstanding Leadership. In 2018 he was awarded the Vic Pierson Award by the Galveston Chamber of Commerce and in 2017 the Chamber named him its "Community Hero" for his outstanding contribution to the community.In 2017, he was honored at a gala at the Sea Star Base which raised $50,000 for youth, adaptive and community sailing programs.A former president of the Galveston Association of REALTORS, Tom was named GAR REALTOR OF THE YEAR 2015 and served on the Texas Association of REALTORS Political Action committee as its regional representative in 2016. Locally, he is Former Chair of the Landmarks Commission for the City of Galveston and is a past President of the Galveston Historical Foundation. He is proud to have been a Paul Harris Fellow of the Galveston Island Rotary Club.In addition to selling throughout the Island representing buyers and sellers, Tom is also a successful residential and commercial leasing agent. A native of New Jersey, Tom believes anyone lucky enough to live by the sea is lucky enough! He earned his real estate license in 2003 after retiring as a Corporate Vice President of Sales and Marketing for an international home furnishings company.

Kyle Carranza was born in Kansas but raised in Texas City, TX. He grew up playing baseball and loves to be surrounded by family and friends. After high school he lived in San Antonio, TX for 4 years to pursue a career in the medical field. In 2019, he decided to switch careers and got his Texas Real Estate license, closing over $700k in total sales volume his first year. In 2020, he has closed over 1.4 million in total sales volume and is not done yet. Karen Flowers began her career in Real Estate with Joe Tramonte Realty in 2001. She became a licensed Broker in 2004 and achieved her GRI and ABR designations. She has served on the Galveston Association of Realtors Board of Directors as MLS Chairman and President of the Board. Karen has served on the Texas Association of Realtors as PIC Member, Region 10 TREPAC Trustee, and Region 10 Vice President. Karen was honored as GAR Realtor of the Year in both 2005 and 2013 and received the GAR distinguished service award in 2019. Karen is actively involved in volunteer activities. She has served on the board of The Children's Advocacy Center, UTMB School of Nursing Advisory, and Ronald McDonald House as President and Fundraising Chair. Kelly's passion is her clients. She was born and raised in Galveston, Texas and currently lives in League City and Tiki Island, Texas. After attending Texas A&M and graduating from University of Houston with a Marketing degree, Kelly worked in the Banking industry for many years. She then went on to attain her Mortgage Loan Originator License and her Real Estate License. She loves the relationship aspect of real estate and getting to know her clients.
