After graduating Lamar High School and the University of Texas in Austin Zach and his wife Suzan raised their family in Northwest Harris County while running their catering business (Zach Shack) for the last 38 years Suzan left the catering business twelve years ago to become a Surfside Beach House specialists ( real estate broker). Now Zach and Suzan are working together again bringing their customer oriented Hospitality experience to their forever home Surfside Beach Texas where they are enjoying matching clients with their dreams and Investments

Cathy has 15 years of Fortune 500 management experience in addition to a Bachelor's of Business Degree and as a multi-million dollar single agent producer, Cathy will successfully lead Carter Signature Properties and its agents into the future.

I have loved the island life since 2009 when my family moved to Surfside. I have property management experience and a background in accounting/banking to help guide you through the process.

Originally licensed over 20 years ago, Nicole has helped hundreds of families buy and sell their homes. In her first two years as a Realtor, she received the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and GRI (Graduate of REALTOR Institute) designations, and more recently received the SMP (Social Media Pro) and CSMS (Certified Strategic Marketing Specialist) designations. Currently, Nicole is taking the final courses to apply for her Texas Broker license.

Nicole has been licensed in three states- Virginia, Pennsylvania & Texas. About Me:

Nicole is married with three children, two sons and a daughter as well as a two adorable grandsons. Nicole lives in the Cypress/Tomball area with her husband, and they frequent their beach house on the Texas coast. In her free time she volunteers in a local Coastal Conservation Association chapter where she serves as Vice President. She enjoys fishing, gardening, cooking and motorcycle riding.
