I have lived in the La Porte area for over 28 years. I have always been involved in my community. I can help with selling, buying, rentals, and commercial deals. Working with 1st time homebuyers seems to be a specialty for me. I enjoy helping the buyers with all of their questions and feel I can help make a difference. My focus tends to be in the LaPorte, Deer Park, Pasadena, Clear Lake, Baytown, Mont Belvieu, Beach City and League City areas. By focusing on these areas I'm able to be knowledgable for my clients. I have been married to my husband Mike since 1967. We have two wonderful children, a daughter-in-law and son-in-law that we love very much, and seven of the most beautiful grandchildren in the world. I am active in our church, the Pentecostals of Baytown. My favorite pastimes are reading and quilling.

I taught school for twelve years, but decided after a bout with cancer that I wanted to make some changes. I switched careers, bought a sports car and started taking piano lessons. I later sold the car for something more practical, and I still play the piano sometimes, but the career change really worked for me.

I have been a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Realtors and the Houston Association of Realtors since getting my license in 2000. For many years I was with RE/MAX, but in 2019 moved to Victory Properties, Inc., a smaller agency with very high ethics. Founded in the 80's, it was the first real estate office in Deer Park.

My mission is to provide my clients, both sellers and buyers, with the professional service to which they are entitled. I work closely with them to make the transaction flow as smoothly as possible, and to be sure they understand the process so they can make informed decisions. I try to always remember my duty to my clients, and my responsibility to guard their interests.

As a result, I have gained not only clients, but often friends. How rewarding!

Eleazar Arroyo is an ambitious individual who loves to accomplish tasks with excellence. He is a problem solver. He loves to set achievable goals, monitor the progress, and see many things come to fruition. His systematic and linear approach to teaching the Bible for the past 16 years has helped him and many people grasp complex topics, terms, and teachings in a way that a young child could understand. Eleazar, bilingual in English and Spanish, grew up in the Galena Park area, and is a 2005 graduate of Galena Park High School. Eleazar has now lived in Deer Park for 15 years. He is married to Jamie Lynn and they have been blessed with several children: Christopher, Grace, Faith, Kaitlynn Joy, and Melody.

Eleazar has experienced owning a variety of real estate himself. He has managed residential homes, rental property, and a 40 acre farm and ranch property. He has acquired great deals in buying residential property as well as selling off real estate property. Eleazar's home ownership experience has driven him to the real estate industry and he desires to impart some professional guidance to those whom desire to buy or sell real estate.
