Melissa has been a Real Estate Agent since 2007. Her career began at Coldwell Banker United and she hit the ground running making "Rookie of the Year". She left the corporate working world of Merrill Lynch and Vinson & Elkins Law Firm to begin her dream job. To this day she still says "it was the best decision I have ever made". She is married to her husband Brian of 23 years and has a High School Junior and a Sophomore at Texas State University. My husband and I have been residents of Alvin since 2016 when we searched high and low for the perfect property to house our horses and allow us to grow our family. My career began when I graduated from University of Houston-Clear lake with a BA in psychology. I have worked for ALVIN ISD teaching 7th grade English for seven years before transitioning to real estate in 2023. My passion for real estate began when we purchased our first home, I loved the whole process of house hunting, closing and eventually turning it into our dream homestead.
