When my journey as a Realtor began back in 2005 I decided to utilize my background in Construction to understand what my clients should expect in a home. I sell Residential homes, Rural homes, Ranches, Country homes and raw land in Alvin, Angleton, Danbury, Manvel, Pearland, Rosharon and Santa Fe so I understand that buying a home, farm, ranch or land can be very stressful. No matter if your a first time homebuyer or a seasoned buyer, I take pride in knowing that I hold my client/s hands to make sure their experience is a smooth one. The Rapport that is built between my client/s and myself does not end at the closing table, it is really just beginning! My husband and I have been residents of Alvin since 2016 when we searched high and low for the perfect property to house our horses and allow us to grow our family. My career began when I graduated from University of Houston-Clear lake with a BA in psychology. I have worked for ALVIN ISD teaching 7th grade English for seven years before transitioning to real estate in 2023. My passion for real estate began when we purchased our first home, I loved the whole process of house hunting, closing and eventually turning it into our dream homestead. My goal now is to do the same for other families. Whether you're a first time home buyer, an investor, or living in a subdivision wanting to escape to country life, I am your agent. It is a goal of mine to specialize in farm and ranch sales to make even bigger dreams of property ownership come true. My Husband Jim, who retired as a Sgt. with the Houston Police Dept. after serving 27 years of honorable service. We have 3 children, James Jr. who graduated from the United States Naval Academy and is now serving as Commander in the naval reserves while working as a pilot in the training division of Southwest Airlines. Our son Jarred is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Masters in Education. He teaches Geograpy and is a Baseball/Football coach in the Conroe ISD. Our daughter Maegan who graduated from Sam Houston State University is also a teacher and has recently completed her Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. We are also the proud grandparents of 5 boys, one girl,4 grand dogs and our little Yorkie Poo Sophie.
we love to watch our grandchildren play sports and are Avid Astro fans.
