My name is Ryan Hermes. I am a real estate agent in Katy Texas. A little about me I grew up in Katy and have seen grand parkway change from being a grass hill that turned into peek road into what it is now. I graduated from Katy High School in 2008 and from Sam Houston State in 2013. I look forward to helping you find your dream home!

I have been a RE Broker since early 1991 and I am also a loan officer licensed by the State of Texas.

Formal academic achievements; Bachelor's degree in general science with concentration in Sociology, philosophy and psychology from the University of Houston in 1989 and a master's in business administration (MBA) in International Trade from Texas A&M International University in 1991.
