Maciej Buszac is originally from Poland (bilingual) and moved to the USA with his family in 1994. He spent 11 years living in New Orleans, Louisiana where he graduated from Archbishop Rummel HS in 2003. Maciej moved to Houston, TX in 2005 due to the very unfortunate Hurricane Katrina disaster and now very proud to call myself a Houstonian. He met his lovely wife here and Houston and has made some very close friends. Maciej is always looking for ways to give back to his community and volunteer his time. He moved specifically to Katy in 2016 and looking forward to seeing the city grow. Real Estate has always been near and dear to him and more specifically the ability to provide people with fantastic customer service. His passion led him to become a small business owner of a water filtration company in 2013 where he was successfully able to utilize honesty, integrity, knowledge and quality communication to interact with his clients. His passion is to help families accomplish the dream of home ownership, assist sellers in achieving the highest and best price for their home while providing the guidance needed to ensure they are always getting the best service. Maciej joined CB&A Realtors in Katy for its iconic presence and trusted reputation in the Houston metropolitan area. My name is Kristina Stewart and I'm a realtor with C.R. Realty and Co-Owner of the Local Property Group. I've been in the real estate industry since 2008 and am a native to West Houston. Growing up in Missouri City and Sugar Land, I left briefly to pursue my business degree, but shortly after, moved back home to start a family. My husband and I, along with our two energetic boys, have enjoyed home ownership in Richmond, Katy, Brookshire, and now Fulshear.

Adriana is a native of Houston, TX, and has worked in the housing industry since 2006. After graduating from college, she pursued a career with a non-profit organization that educated first time home buyers, and helped them become mortgage ready. As the Director she oversaw various grant programs and worked closely with local officials. Adriana left the non-profit sector and became a Real Estate Agent in 2012. She continues to be a very self-motivated leader that enjoys assisting others. One of her top priorities is to provide outstanding customer service to all her clients. Adriana makes sure to always negotiate the best deals for her clients. She does not only deal with her clients during the transaction, but I also make sure to stay in contact post-purchase. Nicki DeMary was born and raised in Houston. She illustrates integrity, energy, hard work, and productive service in every detail of her real estate transactions.
