Born and raised in Texas, I am an outgoing and energetic person. I am also fluent in both English and Spanish. I moved to Katy in 2012 and have also lived in Sugarland, Missouri City and in Houston so I'm very well acquainted with the various areas of town. I am a wife, a mother of 2 great kids and I am also a hairdresser. I have grown up in the Property Management Industry. As a teenager I earned extra money helping with make ready at properties or filing for my mother at her office. After helping out with aspects of our family owned business part time I came to work for Memorial Property Management full time in 2016. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker. I love helping owners find the perfect tenants and getting people into a home they can enjoy. As a property manager I deal primarily with leases and that is my specialty. I also enjoy assisting people in the purchase of their investment property or permanent home, and we do help people to sell their homes as well. The best part about my job is that everyday is different! I also enjoy volunteering in the community, and spend most of my extra time volunteering for my daughter's school or spending time with family.

Josh's experience has given him a unique perspective into the real estate market. His first work experiences came from working for his parents in home renovation. There he learned the basics of home building as well as a good strong work ethic. From the ages of 15 to 21, he worked as a welder, fabricator, venue manager, carpenter, and stone mason . All while running his own small motor shop. This experience helped him understand more about construction, finances and instilled a knowledge about the importance of quality work and customer service.
