Removed from Chicago, I now live with my wife, two daughters and baby son.

My name is Karla Perez and I I've been working in real estate for 12 years. To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community, and learning the market. Networking gives me the opportunity to meet others in the area, stay up-to-date on local activities and understand the unique differences each neighborhood offers. I believe it is important to work as a team with my clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. That's why I share my insight and knowledge with my clients to help guide them during this important process. I have worked with buyers, sellers, as well as investors. I am fluent in Spanish and English, assisting the Hispanic community with their real estate needs. I also work with American clients that are interested in international real estate investing in Mexico.

Work Experience: I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and I am currently licensed under Keller Williams Signature. I specialize in new and existing residential homes in the Houston and surrounding areas. I have recently been studying commercial real estate. Previous to working as a Team Leader at Keller Williams Signature; I worked at Equity House Properties, Fast Homes, Keller Williams Metropolitan, Century 21, and ERA/REMAX Real Estate Associates. Prior to real estate I co-owned a childcare center with my husband and my children and helped with daily tasks. In saying that, family is very important to me.

What Makes Me Different: Leveraging my experience as a successful business owner, I am known for going above and beyond client service, high tech marketing techniques, accessible availability and personal touches. As a skilled negotiator with my client's interests always at heart. Representing my clients to the best of my ability is not my only duty, I educate them throughout every step of the process with spot on information and insight of the market at the time, so my customers will be able to make the best decision for them.

Giving Back Is A Blessing: I strongly believe that giving back to the community is a must! I was previously the National Fitness Director and Chapter President of the Wealthy Sisters Network, an active member of the Women's Council of Realtors, Houston Association of REALTORS, PROMOTE-HER and Chairperson of The Divine Ladies of Spring High. My husband, Willie Adolph, works together on numerous community service boards, including Katy Youth Basketball. Willie and I also are active members of Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas.

In My Free Time:I enjoy reading, listening to music, exercising, and spending time with my family. I am happily married to my college sweetheart, Willie Adolph for over twenty years, who work alongside me in my real estate career. We share four children, a grandchild, and two furbabies- Dash and Princess. We live in the Katy/Houston/Cypress area of Houston, Texas.
