Jalyn has worked alongside an interior designer, which fostered her love for decor and sharpened her eye for design, as well as her ability to articulate the lifecycle of a home, from designing to selling and reselling. Her client-oriented approach to each real estate experience allows her to provide an unparalleled customer service experience, originating from a background in fine dining. Having gone through the home-buying process herself, she possesses the ability to empathize with her clients first-hand and provide buyers and sellers confidence in their investments through instinct, experience, and spirited meticulousness. As a mother, she understands the importance of finding a home that suits the lifestyle of her client's families. With roots also in the Sugar Land and Katy areas, she always has a strong pulse on the latest Houston happenings and diversities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their two dogs. She also loves traveling and exploring new restaurants, spending time outside, watching football, and is in the process of earning her pilot's license.

Muniza Hassan was born and raised in Houston, TX and is proud to call this vibrant city her home. She comes from a professional background of oil & gas and brings the same dedication and work ethic when partnering with her real estate clients. Muniza attended the University of St. Thomas in Houston and earned a joint bachelor's degree in International Studies and Business Administration, and went on to earn her Master's of Science degree in International Business at the esteemed Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. Her education combined with work experience bring a unique insight into how to best understand the needs and desires of this city's diverse clientele. In her free time, Muniza can be found exploring the amazing restaurant scene in and around the city with her friends and family. She looks forward to helping current and future homeowners achieve their dream homes!

Work Experience: I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and I am currently licensed under Keller Williams Signature. I specialize in new and existing residential homes in the Houston and surrounding areas. I have recently been studying commercial real estate. Previous to working as a Team Leader at Keller Williams Signature; I worked at Equity House Properties, Fast Homes, Keller Williams Metropolitan, Century 21, and ERA/REMAX Real Estate Associates. Prior to real estate I co-owned a childcare center with my husband and my children and helped with daily tasks. In saying that, family is very important to me.

What Makes Me Different: Leveraging my experience as a successful business owner, I am known for going above and beyond client service, high tech marketing techniques, accessible availability and personal touches. As a skilled negotiator with my client's interests always at heart. Representing my clients to the best of my ability is not my only duty, I educate them throughout every step of the process with spot on information and insight of the market at the time, so my customers will be able to make the best decision for them.

Giving Back Is A Blessing: I strongly believe that giving back to the community is a must! I was previously the National Fitness Director and Chapter President of the Wealthy Sisters Network, an active member of the Women's Council of Realtors, Houston Association of REALTORS, PROMOTE-HER and Chairperson of The Divine Ladies of Spring High. My husband, Willie Adolph, works together on numerous community service boards, including Katy Youth Basketball. Willie and I also are active members of Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas.

In My Free Time:I enjoy reading, listening to music, exercising, and spending time with my family. I am happily married to my college sweetheart, Willie Adolph for over twenty years, who work alongside me in my real estate career. We share four children, a grandchild, and two furbabies- Dash and Princess. We live in the Katy/Houston/Cypress area of Houston, Texas.
