Quarnelia Patterson, has been a licensed realtor since 2005. Her background as an experienced accounting professional with over a decade of taxation experience makes her approach to real estate deeply analytical. She works tirelessly to ensure her clients are provided up to date real estate market information for their home or investment. Her clients include commercial and residential buyers, sellers, investors and those in need of relocation assistance. Quarnelia is a prime location expert and is very familiar with the city of Houston and surrounding suburban areas. She is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), Luxury Home Council and is an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS). She has a Master of Science in Accounting and is finishing up a doctorate in Accounting. In her free time she loves traveling, trying new restaurants, reading and has a fierce appreciation for the visual and performing arts.

Attention to detail is a top priority for B.R., who has 25 years of engineering experience in addition to his real estate skill set. He is a strong negotiator and excels in market analysis. He is passionate about home improvement and has successfully managed many remodeling projects. As a result, B.R. is extremely knowledgeable in building and construction standards and codes.

Work Experience: I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and I am currently licensed under Keller Williams Signature. I specialize in new and existing residential homes in the Houston and surrounding areas. I have recently been studying commercial real estate. Previous to working as a Team Leader at Keller Williams Signature; I worked at Equity House Properties, Fast Homes, Keller Williams Metropolitan, Century 21, and ERA/REMAX Real Estate Associates. Prior to real estate I co-owned a childcare center with my husband and my children and helped with daily tasks. In saying that, family is very important to me.

What Makes Me Different: Leveraging my experience as a successful business owner, I am known for going above and beyond client service, high tech marketing techniques, accessible availability and personal touches. As a skilled negotiator with my client's interests always at heart. Representing my clients to the best of my ability is not my only duty, I educate them throughout every step of the process with spot on information and insight of the market at the time, so my customers will be able to make the best decision for them.

Giving Back Is A Blessing: I strongly believe that giving back to the community is a must! I was previously the National Fitness Director and Chapter President of the Wealthy Sisters Network, an active member of the Women's Council of Realtors, Houston Association of REALTORS, PROMOTE-HER and Chairperson of The Divine Ladies of Spring High. My husband, Willie Adolph, works together on numerous community service boards, including Katy Youth Basketball. Willie and I also are active members of Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas.

In My Free Time:I enjoy reading, listening to music, exercising, and spending time with my family. I am happily married to my college sweetheart, Willie Adolph for over twenty years, who work alongside me in my real estate career. We share four children, a grandchild, and two furbabies- Dash and Princess. We live in the Katy/Houston/Cypress area of Houston, Texas.
