Houston, Texas is a great place to live and work, which is why Caryn Craig chose to call it home when she moved here in 2003! Caryn has been working as a small business owner, operating bars, nightclubs and restaurants for the past 15 years. Caryn previously worked in the real estate industry from 2005-2010, predominately with New Home Builders until 2007. Wanting to do more to help her clients, she became a licensed Realtor during that year. She is excited to have renewed her Real Estate License and has joined the RCR Properties, Inc family and is eager to help her clients buy, sell or lease their next home or business. Having worked in the real estate field for several years, she understands that buying and leasing real estate is like putting together a jigsaw puzzle. Her experience helps her clients to effectively put the puzzle pieces together and have an easy transition into home ownership.

Voted Business Woman of the Year by Outsmart magazine for 11 years in a row, Caryn has owned and operated 10 small businesses in the Houston area over the last 15 years. She boasts a Masters of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the University of Houston-Victoria and a Bachelor of Science from Shenandoah University in Arts Administration-Dance.

Caryn is currently the President of the Fleetwood Property Owners Association. She is also a Girl Scout Leader and holds a board position with the Barkers Landing Barracudas Swim Team. In the past Caryn was actively involved in the West Houston Aquatics League as a League Representative for four years and was the President of the Calumet Drive Lofts Townhome Association for six years.

When Caryn isn't in the office or volunteering, you'll often find her at home, enjoying time with her husband Mark, their two children and four cats! Adriana is a native of Houston, TX, and has worked in the housing industry since 2006. After graduating from college, she pursued a career with a non-profit organization that educated first time home buyers, and helped them become mortgage ready. As the Director she oversaw various grant programs and worked closely with local officials. Adriana left the non-profit sector and became a Real Estate Agent in 2012. She continues to be a very self-motivated leader that enjoys assisting others. One of her top priorities is to provide outstanding customer service to all her clients. Adriana makes sure to always negotiate the best deals for her clients. She does not only deal with her clients during the transaction, but I also make sure to stay in contact post-purchase. Exceeding her clients expectations is what Adriana always strives for. She goes the extra mile!!
