I began my Real Estate career in 1989 in Oklahoma and sold Residential homes and Rural properties for twenty years. In 2009 I became Marketing and Sales Director for Senior Living facilities. My husband and I moved to Texas in 2016 and I got my Texas Real Estate license. I use my experience, training and knowledge to help people in all stages of life. I love the thrill of helping first time buyers find their perfect starter home and developing a long term relationship with them. My name is Kristina Stewart and I'm a realtor with C.R. Realty and Co-Owner of the Local Property Group. I've been in the real estate industry since 2008 and am a native to West Houston. Growing up in Missouri City and Sugar Land, I left briefly to pursue my business degree, but shortly after, moved back home to start a family. My husband and I, along with our two energetic boys, have enjoyed home ownership in Richmond, Katy, Brookshire, and now Fulshear.

As the Director she oversaw various grant programs and worked closely with local officials. Adriana left the non-profit sector and became a Real Estate Agent in 2012. Hi, my name is Zach Grigsby, but most people call me Coach. Ever since I graduated college in Jonesboro, Arkansas, I have had a hand in real estate. Growing up in San Antonio, TX, I quickly took to sports. Like many in the Lone Star State, I played football as long as possible and was blessed to be a scholarship athlete at Blinn Junior College and Arkansas State University, where I met my beautiful wife, Ashley.

Ashley and I moved to the Houston area in 2013. We have three children, Ella, Jackson, and Oliva, who are our most meaningful accomplishments. We love to huck buck and shuck on Thursdays and Sundays at The River of Life Church off north highway 6 and Clay Rd. For the past seven years, we have served faithfully at the River. Why do I love doing real estate? That's a fair question. Real estate reminds me of my previous career of coaching and teaching. However, instead of taking care of your babies, I take care of your other baby (your home). I employ the same care and attention I once did as an educator in the real estate buying/selling process.
