Adriana is a native of Houston, TX, and has worked in the housing industry since 2006. After graduating from college, she pursued a career with a non-profit organization that educated first time home buyers, and helped them become mortgage ready. As the Director she oversaw various grant programs and worked closely with local officials. Adriana left the non-profit sector and became a Real Estate Agent in 2012. She continues to be a very self-motivated leader that enjoys assisting others. One of her top priorities is to provide outstanding customer service to all her clients. Adriana makes sure to always negotiate the best deals for her clients. She does not only deal with her clients during the transaction, but I also make sure to stay in contact post-purchase. Exceeding her clients expectations is what Adriana always strives for. She goes the extra mile!!

Work Experience: I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and I am currently licensed under Keller Williams Signature. I specialize in new and existing residential homes in the Houston and surrounding areas. I have recently been studying commercial real estate. Previous to working as a Team Leader at Keller Williams Signature; I worked at Equity House Properties, Fast Homes, Keller Williams Metropolitan, Century 21, and ERA/REMAX Real Estate Associates. Prior to real estate I co-owned a childcare center with my husband and my children and helped with daily tasks. In saying that, family is very important to me.

What Makes Me Different: Leveraging my experience as a successful business owner, I am known for going above and beyond client service, high tech marketing techniques, accessible availability and personal touches. As a skilled negotiator with my client's interests always at heart. Representing my clients to the best of my ability is not my only duty, I educate them throughout every step of the process with spot on information and insight of the market at the time, so my customers will be able to make the best decision for them.

Giving Back Is A Blessing: I strongly believe that giving back to the community is a must! I was previously the National Fitness Director and Chapter President of the Wealthy Sisters Network, an active member of the Women's Council of Realtors, Houston Association of REALTORS, PROMOTE-HER and Chairperson of The Divine Ladies of Spring High. My husband, Willie Adolph, works together on numerous community service boards, including Katy Youth Basketball. Willie and I also are active members of Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas.

In My Free Time:I enjoy reading, listening to music, exercising, and spending time with my family. I am happily married to my college sweetheart, Willie Adolph for over twenty years, who work alongside me in my real estate career. We share four children, a grandchild, and two furbabies- Dash and Princess. We live in the Katy/Houston/Cypress area of Houston, Texas.

Ashley Esparza is the Team Leader of the HTX Home Team, established in 2020. Ashley has an astounding professional background in areas from ownership research, ad valorem taxation to property appraisal and valuation. Ashley is a former 2019 Texas REALTOR® Leadership Program graduate, being one of the elite local realtors to represent the state of Texas in the leadership program. She is also a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist, helping low-to-moderate income families achieve their dream of home ownership through first-time buyer programs through the state. Her knowledge, professionalism, and passion to serve earned her Top Producer awards in real estate the last 6 years. Her approachable demeanor as well as her desire to cultivate others about the real estate market through education has acquired prominence throughout the community with hundreds of clients and prospective clients. As a native Houstonian, Ashley developed a love for real estate as a young teen through the influence of a mentor who served as a broker for many years. Real estate has ALWAYS been her passion! She has dedicated her life to serving others in real estate for nearly a decade, but is not just passionate about helping families find their next home.
