Hi, my name is David Thelen and I've been working in real estate for as long as I can remember. While growing up just outside of Houston in Katy, TX my step father was a New Home Builder Representative within the Katy area. You can say that this put the real estate bug in me and it hasn't wavered since. Caryn previously worked in the real estate industry from 2005-2010, predominately with New Home Builders until 2007. Wanting to do more to help her clients, she became a licensed Realtor during that year. Caryn is currently the President of the Fleetwood Property Owners Association. She is also a Girl Scout Leader and holds a board position with the Barkers Landing Barracudas Swim Team. In the past Caryn was actively involved in the West Houston Aquatics League as a League Representative for four years and was the President of the Calumet Drive Lofts Townhome Association for six years.

Muniza attended the University of St. Thomas in Houston and earned a joint bachelor's degree in International Studies and Business Administration, and went on to earn her Master's of Science degree in International Business at the esteemed Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. Her education combined with work experience bring a unique insight into how to best understand the needs and desires of this city's diverse clientele.
