Josh's experience has given him a unique perspective into the real estate market. His first work experiences came from working for his parents in home renovation. There he learned the basics of home building as well as a good strong work ethic. From the ages of 15 to 21, he worked as a welder, fabricator, venue manager, carpenter, and stone mason . All while running his own small motor shop. This experience helped him understand more about construction, finances and instilled a knowledge about the importance of quality work and customer service.
