While other kids were playing with their plastic Tonka trucks and dozers, Robbie was helping dad fix and operate the real ones. Jobsites and construction zones were his playground.

In 2001, Ralph's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Discovered Homes Investment Inc., where he transitioned from an agent to a broker. This success story became a family affair when his wife, Nike Ojo, left her position at the Harris County Tax collector's office to join him in his venture.
