Answering the call of duty, he marched forth to serve his nation under the banners of Presidents Reagan, showcasing valor and fortitude on the battlefield of the Gulf War. With the dawn of a new era, Francisco embarked on a fresh expedition, delving into the realm of real estate. In 1992, he grasped his real estate license, igniting a passion that would blaze through the years. From the intricacies of buying and selling to the artistry of renovation and construction, Francisco's prowess carved a niche of expertise unmatched in the industry. Proud father of 3 young men and a beautiful young lady, Francisco Chapa is also in a relationship with the most amazing woman God created, who is a mother of 3, expanding their family to a family of 7. He loves the outdoors, adoring nature, hiking, camping, and exploring. Photography, guitar, horseback riding, and Tai Chi are other passions he indulges in, adding depth and richness to his vibrant life.

Prior to entering Houston's vibrant real estate market, I spent 15 years in the retail business, six of those working as a manager for Dayton Hudson's Mervyn's chain, so managing a business has been the foundation of my career. Since 2000 I have been active in the residential real estate market, as a consultant for Friendswood Development Company , remaining active in all facets of the company's marketing program. In October of 2013 I was awarded Greater Houston Builder's Association award, "Marketing Director of the Year," I am familiar with both the selling and buying sides of the real estate market and am among Houston's growing number of transplanted Texans. Working contract for Friendswood in Houston real estate and has taught me the true value of the real estate profession. It's all about helping people and I welcome the challenge of helping buyers and sellers achieve their ultimate goals. In 1987 I earned a business degree from Louisiana State University & in 1988 I married. I am the mother of two children.
