My name is Tracy Pham and I am a licensed real estate professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, my goal is to help my clients build wealth through smart real estate investments. Before beginning my career in real estate, I gained valuable experience in the healthcare and beauty industries, working as an ultrasound technologist and manicurist, respectively. These experiences taught me the importance of communication, attention to detail, problem solving and client satisfaction, which I bring to every real estate transaction.

As a bilingual speaker of Vietnamese and English, I am able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, traveling, working out, and singing karaoke. I am also passionate about supporting the heroes who serve our country.

Mr. Purdy is a State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and acts in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and is competent and knowledgeable in the assessment of residential real estate properties. Mr. Purdy has focused on residential appraisals in Texas since 2003, specializing in Fort Bend and Harris counties as well as proposed construction, condominiums, and undeveloped land. Mr. Purdy receives continuing education appraisal courses at the Columbia Institute, McKissock and Champion School of Real Estate.

Angelica has been an active member of her community for five years now, and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. With a passion for service in the Rosenberg / Richmond area, Angelica is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs.
