Mr. Purdy has focused on residential appraisals in Texas since 2003, specializing in Fort Bend and Harris counties as well as proposed construction, condominiums, and undeveloped land. Mr. Purdy receives continuing education appraisal courses at the Columbia Institute, McKissock and Champion School of Real Estate.
A Fort Bend County native of 68 years, I have extensive knowledge of both farm and rural properties as well as the surrounding master planned communities and local commercial properties. My twenty-seven year career has been marked with excellent customer service and conducting business with the utmost level of integrity and professionalism.
