Learning these skills lead to beginning a career in Real Estate and got her license in 2010. Wendy then took several classes with Champions School of Real Estate to gain knowledge to best serve her clients and continues to do so every year. Wendy's training has given her expertise to make her an effective communicator, easily inspiring those around her to follow and comply thus making her an excellent negotiator while maintaining relations with all parties.

Mariam is a third generation native Houstonian, consistently ranks in the top 10% of her office, has been named one of Houston Association of Realtors top 20 under 40, was voted Houston Chronicle's Best of Best Realtor 2021, and currently serves on HAR's HRIS board.
