My Real Estate career began in the early 2000's but then took a break to work from home as a production manager for a publishing company while my children went through their school years. Fifteen years later with my children grown and on their own I decided to return to my passion of helping people through the often stressful process of selling and buying real estate. Having grown up in and raised my own family in the Katy area since 1978 it was a natural decision for me to specialize in this area that I know so well.Raising three children while working with a monthly deadline job for multiple publications, provided me with important tools that carryover into making me a valuable asset as a Realtor: patience, negotiating skills, knowing how to tackle deadlines with ease, acute attention to detail and knowing the importance of keeping in constant communication with clients.
My goal in every transaction is to help each and every client through the buying or selling process with as little stress as possible!

I am a native Houstonian and my husband and three daughters and I have lived in Katy (Cinco Ranch) for the past 20 years. This gives me a unique perspective on the Katy market and allows me to know many of the home builders, mortgage companies and other realtors in this area that we may be dealing with as we sell or select your new home. I pride myself in offering my clients my personal attention and service. When you have questions or need answers, I am the one you will speak with, not another "team member"!

I am also an have a background in Interior Design. I find that this helps my clients who are selling their homes to know how to best present their home. I can offer suggestions on staging your house as well as getting it ready to go on the market and attracting the right buyers. I want to sell your home for the BEST price, in the SHORTEST amount of time, with the LEAST stress to you! I also find my design expertise to be helpful to those who are buying a home as well. I can help you objectively look at a house and decide what can be "fixed" and what is too costly to consider. For clients building a new home with a builder, I can accompany you to your selections appointment or simply offer some design ideas and ease the stress of that process.
