I am a native Houstonian and my husband and three daughters and I have lived in Katy (Cinco Ranch) for the past 20 years. I can help you objectively look at a house and decide what can be "fixed" and what is too costly to consider. For clients building a new home with a builder, I can accompany you to your selections appointment or simply offer some design ideas and ease the stress of that process.
