Bobby is a native of Houston, Texas. He grew up in the South West Houston area, and spent his summers working for his father. After graduating from Hastings High School, Bobby then went on to serve his country in the US Air Force. He was stationed in Tampa, Florida and began working on airplanes; KC135 (Boeing707). After retiring from the Airforce Bobby moved back to Houston and went on to complete an Airframe and Powerplant license and is also licensed with the Federal Communications Commission. Looking to start a career, Bobby began working with Continental, now United Airlines as an Avionic Electronic Specialist. He has worked in the Aviation industry for over twenty years. Ready for a new challenge, Bobby received his real estate salesperson license in the winter of 2015 and joined Keller Williams soon after. Bobby purchased his second home in the City of Humble, where he lives with his family. They fill their free time cooking, enjoying travels, and spending time with friends and family. Bobby is truly invested in Houston and its surrounding areas. His familiarity with the city will be an asset to both buyers and sellers.

Alethea Pendarvis has been an active member of Cypress, Texas for 10 years now, and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. With a passion for service in the Cypress area, Alethea is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. Cathy's desire for knowledge of the real estate industry began when she was Office Administrator for a local real estate office, which lead to the acquisition of her real estate license in 2003. She moved into various administrative staff positions in 2013, including Career Development and New Agent Training, Quality Control Coordinator and Sales Manager. In early 2019, Cathy left the administrative side of the business and returned to being a producing agent and agent mentor.

Born in Bay City and a Houston area resident for more than 25 years, Lisa Adams knows her way around town. A resident of Cypress, Lisa is familiar with neighborhoods in the Cypress, Spring, Tomball, Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery, Kingwood and Humble areas. She particularly enjoys the wide-open lush green spaces and fresh, clean air that draw people to Houston’s northern subdivisions.

With college training in interior design and psychology and a background in sales and insurance, Lisa brings much to her profession: integrity, honesty, excellent customer service, proven sales ability, listening skills, and a welcoming, down-to-earth personality that has earned her a loyal and devoted following from previous customers. She also works with various relocation companies to serve clients moving into and away from Houston.

Lisa has twin girls, Ashley and Cammile, both of whom are graduates of Texas A&M University. Ashley is currently teaching English and coaching swimming in the Dallas area. Cammile is a two time Olympian in swimming where she placed 5th in London and 4th in Rio. She is currently the owner of several swim schools around the Houston area.

Zaynah Munoz has been in the real estate industry for over a decade. Ralph Hamilton is an accomplished seasoned business professional who has spent over 30 years living in Houston, Texas.  He brings a variety of corporate world  experience in the Telecommunications, Energy and Home Automation/Commercial Security industry.  He brings a true passion for Real Estate, through his own personal experience of buying/selling homes in all areas of the Houston and Metropolitan area, which led him to continuous developing of his own Real Estate client base.    He is a father of 4 children, 8 grandchildren and spends a colorful life with his lovely wife Michelle.
